IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2027 : Participating Banks
The selected candidates may be provisionally allotted to any of the participating Public Sector Banks included in the IBPS CRP CSA-XVI recruitment process.
The participating banks are:

Candidates will be allotted a bank based on merit, preferences submitted during the application process, reservation rules, and the availability of vacancies. Once a bank has been allotted, requests for change of allotment will not be entertained.
IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2027 : Age limit
| Age Limites Candidates applying for IBPS CSA Recruitment 2027 must satisfy the prescribed age criteria as mentioned in the official notification. The age of applicants will be calculated with reference to the cut-off date specified by IBPS. Candidates belonging to reserved categories are eligible for upper age relaxation as per Government of India guidelines. Age Limit (As on 01 August 2026)

IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2027 Selection Process
The selection process is conducted in multiple stages to shortlist the most suitable candidates for appointment in participating Public Sector Banks. Stage 1 – Preliminary ExaminationThe Preliminary Examination is an online objective test. Candidates must qualify the sectional as well as overall cut-off decided by IBPS to become eligible for the Main Examination. Stage 2 – Main ExaminationOnly candidates shortlisted from the Preliminary Examination will appear for the Main Examination. Marks obtained in the Main Examination are considered for the final merit list and provisional allotment. Stage 3 – Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)Candidates applying for a particular State or Union Territory must be proficient in the specified local language. Those who cannot produce the required educational proof of studying the local language will have to appear in the Local Language Proficiency Test before joining. Candidates failing this test will not be offered appointment.
