ISRO New Recruitment 2026 | Selection Process

Selection will be made through the following stages:

Stage 1: Written Test / Computer Based Test (CBT)

Conducted at 37 exam centres across India (including Raipur). The test consists of two parts covering discipline-specific knowledge and aptitude/reasoning ability.

Stage 2: Interview

Candidates are shortlisted for interview in a 1:5 ratio based on written test performance, with a minimum aggregate of 10 candidates. Interview assesses technical knowledge, general awareness, communication skills, comprehension, and academic achievements.

Final Selection

The final merit panel is prepared by giving 50% weightage to Written Test marks and 50% weightage to Interview marks.
