Bank of India Officer Recruitment 2026 | Education Qualification

Selection will be through Online Test and/or Personal Interview, depending on the number of applicants/eligible candidates.
- Scrutiny of Eligibility Criteria – Based on documents uploaded (professional experience, mandatory certification, educational qualification) at the time of registration.
- Online Examination – English Language (qualifying) + Professional Knowledge relevant to the post.
- Personal Interview – Candidates who qualify the online exam and rank sufficiently high in merit will be called for interview, in the ratio of 1:3 to the number of vacancies (subject to change at the Bank’s discretion).
Weightage
- Online Examination : Interview = 60 : 40
- Minimum qualifying marks in each test: 35% for General/EWS candidates and 30% (5% relaxation) for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates in reserved vacancies.
- Minimum qualifying marks in Interview: 50% for General/EWS and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD.
- Candidates must qualify in both the Online Examination and Interview to be eligible for final selection.
- The Bank may also conduct selection purely through Interview without holding an online test, at its discretion.
