IOCL Western Region Apprentice Bharti 2026 | Selection Process
IOCL will not hold any written test or interview for this recruitment. The process is simple and fully merit based.
Step 1: Online Registration and Application
Register on NATS or NAPS and apply against the IOCL opening within the deadline.
Step 2: Merit List
A merit list is prepared from the percentage of marks in your essential qualification for the post you applied to.
Step 3: Document Verification
Shortlisted candidates are called to an IOCL unit or office with original documents and self-attested copies.
Step 4: Pre-Engagement Medical
Candidates must be medically fit as per IndianOil’s pre-engagement medical format.
Step 5: Offer of Engagement
Candidates whose documents and medical certificate are in order get the offer for apprenticeship training. Vacant seats may be filled from the panel cum merit list.
Completing the apprenticeship does not guarantee a job at IOCL.
IOCL Western Region Apprentice Bharti 2026 | Salary Pay Scale
This is an apprenticeship, so selected candidates receive a monthly stipend instead of a regular salary or pay scale.
Stipend
