Telangana Police Constable Recruitment 2026 : Application Fee
The notification confirms that candidates will have to pay a fee towards Application Registration, Processing Charges, the Preliminary Written Test, the Physical Measurement/Efficiency Test, the Final Written Examination, Biometrics, and Portal Maintenance. Important — Uniform Services Age Relaxation: As per GO Ms No. 87, dated 18-05-2026, the Telangana Government has granted an additional 5-year relaxation in the upper age limit for direct recruitment to all uniformed services covered under this notification (Police, Fire Services, Prisons, and SPF). Women’s Reservation
- 33⅓% horizontal reservation for women in every category (including EWS) for Post Code 21, 25, and 26.

Telangana Police Constable Recruitment 2026 : Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or an equivalent examination recognized by the Telangana State Government, as on 29th July 2026 (the date of notification).

Telangana Police Constable Recruitment 2026 : Selection Process
The TSLPRB selection process for this recruitment is conducted in four major stages:
Stage 1 – Preliminary Written Test (PWT) A single objective-type paper of 200 marks (200 questions), 3 hours duration. Only candidates who clear the minimum qualifying percentage move to the next stage.
