Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd), a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Government of India, has released a fresh notification inviting online applications for the engagement of Apprentices for the year 2026-27. This drive covers a total of 326 vacancies spread across Graduate Apprentice, Technician Apprentice, and Trade Apprentice categories. Interested and eligible candidates who have completed their graduation, diploma, or 12th class can apply online through the official RCF website between 04 September 2026 and 20 September 2026. RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 | Education Qualification

Graduate Apprentice

• Accounts Executive: B.Com / BBA / Graduation with Economics, along with basic English and computer knowledge.
• Secretarial Assistant & Recruitment Executive (HR): Any Graduate with basic English and computer knowledge. Candidates with Zoology or Botany (as part of Biology) in graduation can also apply for these two posts.

Technician Apprentice

• Diploma in the relevant engineering stream — Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical. Allied/related diploma branches are not accepted.

Trade Apprentice

• Attendant Operator & Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant): B.Sc with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, with Chemistry as the major subject.
• Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant): B.Sc with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, with Physics as the major subject.
• Boiler Attendant, Electrician, Horticulture Assistant, Medical Laboratory Technician (Pathology): Passed 12th class with Science under the 10+2 system.

General Note: A minimum of 50% marks is required in the qualifying examination, with a 5% relaxation for SC/ST and PwBD candidates. The qualification must have been obtained through a regular full-time course; candidates from distance, part-time, or correspondence mode are not eligible. The passing/final year result should be dated on or after 01.07.2023.

RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 | Selection Process

1. A merit list is prepared purely on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying educational examination, along with applicable reservation norms. There is no written test or interview for this recruitment.
2. Candidates whose names appear in the merit list will be called for document verification.
3. Final engagement as an Apprentice Trainee happens only after successful document verification and approval of the Apprenticeship Contract on the NATS or NAPS portal.
4. In case two candidates score equal marks, the one with a higher qualification, or higher marks in the preceding qualification, is placed above in the merit list.

RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 | Salary Pay Scale

Apprentices will receive a monthly consolidated stipend as fixed by RCF Ltd and the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT), wherever applicable.

Besides the stipend, RCF Ltd will provide morning breakfast, tea, and a vegetarian lunch thali in the company canteen, along with OPD medical facility at the RCF Hospital for trainees. No transportation facility or reimbursement will be provided.

There is no written examination for this RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 drive. Selection is entirely merit-based, calculated from the percentage of marks secured by the candidate in their qualifying educational course, combined with the applicable reservation policy.

2. Click on the “Recruitment” tab, then select “Engagement of Apprentices 2026-27.”
3. Read the full advertisement, instructions, and terms & conditions carefully.
4. Click on “I Accept” and then “Apply Online” to open the application form.
5. Select your preferred posting location — Trombay or Thal — from the drop-down menu. This choice cannot be changed later.
6. Upload a scanned passport-size color photograph (max 75 KB, JPG/JPEG) and signature (max 25 KB, JPG/JPEG).
7. Fill in all required details and click “Save/Submit.”
8. Once submitted successfully, the system will generate your application form.
9. Take a printout of the application form for your reference; it will be needed at the document verification stage. There is no need to send a hard copy to RCF Ltd.
